Pentecost Praise (May '08)

Many shoppers stopped to join in an open-air event. Pentecost Praise was held in the grounds of Trinity Methodist Church, at the outer edge of Clacton town centre. Members from all 17 churches in Clacton and Jaywick celebrated the day that the Holy Spirit came to the early church. Pentecost is an annual celebration for Christians to remember that they need the Holy Spirit in their daily lives.

Christmas Events (Dec '07)

Churches Together were involved with the TCVS Christmas Market on 17th November and Late Night Shopping in Clacton Town Centre on Thursday 6th December.

24/2 Prayer Event (Oct '07)

For 48 hours one weekend in October 2007, Trinity Methodist Church hosted a multi-sensory prayer room where anyone could come to spend a few moments or longer in prayer using traditional and contemporary resources.
